Van Tran is the Founder and CEO of Career Rising, a leadership consulting firm focused on advancement strategy, sponsorship systems, and culturally intelligent leadership development. Drawing on her background as a VP of Experience and Innovation and Global Senior Director of Digital Services, Van brings a practitioner's lens to the structural realities of who advances in organizations — and why.
A founding member of Chief, a Program Advisor for the Women in Leadership Program at the University of San Francisco's School of Management, and co-founder of multiple API leadership communities, Van has spent her career building the frameworks and systems that help leaders rise — and helping organizations build the conditions that make that possible.

Dipali Chakravarti is a Global People & Talent Executive and Executive Coach with a track record of helping organizations align strategy, talent, and culture to build high-performing teams. Trusted by C-suite and senior leaders, she works at the intersection of business outcomes and human behavior — translating data and insight into measurable leadership impact.
